Tudor style homes can be found throughout Ridgewood but are most commonly found on the Westside and in the Old Country Club section of Ridgewood.  Tudor homes typically have large stone chimneys, half-timberings, thick walls, leaded windows and steep roofs.

The knock on Ridgewood Tudors, if there is one, has been that they can be a bit dark inside.  However, over the years, many Ridgewood Residents have renovated the older Tudors, opened up the floor plan and added larger windows and skylights to brighten up the interior.
