Strong Week for Ridgewood Real Estate
It was an excellent week in Ridgewood Real Estate. 16 Ridgewood Homes were marked as being under contract or in attorney review while only 6 newly listed homes hit the market. One of the homes that went into attorney review this week was last week’s Ridgewood Front Porch Home of the Week.
Newly listed Ridgewood homes ranged from a handsome ranch on Doris Place for $462,500 to a wonderful victorian on Prospect for $1,449,000.

As the summer progresses, real estate sales seem to be gradually creeping up.
We’ve received a number of inquiries from the Ridgewood area, some of which are families upgrading from one home to another. We’re not seeing this in all of our service area, which I suppose bodes well for Ridgewood.
