So on the one hand the market is getting so much better, on the other hand contest your property values because we all know prices have depreciated by 30%; what gives?
Given the state of local of state budgets, don’t you think tax rates will just go up even if appraised values are going down? my gosh, teachers are threatening to go on strike statewide and $200k teacher union lobbyists need to make more money.
Just came back to look for informative posts and just found this one. Tax appeal tips are really helpful especially to someone with limited knowledge on real estate. Thanks for sharing the video as well.
