		<description>LaLaLand - Great to hear from you.  The Ridgewood Market is doing just fine.  My lack of updates has had more to do with taking a family vacation than buying into your &quot;sky is falling&quot; theories. I posted something today that you will find interesting, but probably won&#039;t like, since it is good news. 

That said, I do appreciate your comments and feedback.  You are a good watch-dog for this blog and perhaps we need a glass half-empty counter-balance to my half-full mentality.</description>

Interesting that you haven&#039;t updated your recovery charts or posted any new propaganda since the first homebuyer credit expired.  Have the lack of sales in the back half of the summer got your tongue or are we just approaching a fall sales explosion?  Does it surprise you that interest rates are at historic lows and yet most ridgewood houses must lower price before finding a buyer?</description>
