Scott here, from NJREG. As you know we also chart volume and average home sales to monitor the Ridgewood market, but question I had is do you see the price per SF going down? Although sales numbers are doing good, can you buy much more house for your money these days? In Hoboken for example, the average sales price is actually UP since last year, but the average price per square foot is down about 12%. What are your thoughts on Ridgewood? Volume is volume, but looking at Price per SF would indicate the drops a little more clearly. Do you agree? Thanks!
