Deborah Innocenti Joins Keller Williams Ridgewood Office

December 23rd, 2011 categories:For Realtors Only

Keller Williams Village Square Realty is pleased to welcome experienced real estate sales associate Deborah Innocenti to its Ridgewood team.

Debbie Innocenti

A 16-year veteran of the industry, Innocenti is a perennial multi-million dollar producer as well as a frequent recipient of awards honoring her excellence in sales and customer service.

“I’m very excited to be a part of a company that maintains the highest level of professionalism while providing its agents with all the tools necessary to excel in our industry,” Innocenti said. “Keller Williams’ innovative training programs and agent support allows me to provide my clients with the service they deserve and significantly grow my business at the same time.”

After completing an accelerated Interior Design program while earning a triple major in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology, Innocenti went on to earn her Masters Degree in Theoretical Psychology.  With a substantial background in design and home staging, she offers her valuable home staging skills to seller clients as part of her comprehensive marketing plan.  Photos of homes staged by Innocenti have appeared in The Bergen Record, with many of her sellers reaping the benefits of her design expertise.

A recipient of the 2005 and 2007 New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award, Innocenti is extremely familiar with the local marketplace. Having worked through a variety of market conditions during her career, she understands how pricing and timing can make all the difference when selling a home in today’s challenging real estate climate.

A member of RealSource Board of Realtors, Innocenti works with buyers and sellers throughout Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Sussex County; and she has established valuable long-term associations with referral agents in Rockland, Monmouth and Ocean County. Additionally, she is a skilled negotiator who holds the Accredited Buyer Designation (ABR) designation.

“Deborah is an accomplished professional with so much to offer today’s home buyer and seller,” said Aloysius Donohue, Operating Principal with Keller Williams Village Square Realty in Ridgewood. “Her reputation for outstanding customer service and sales success will be further enhanced by our company’s growing presence throughout the region. Simply put, this is a very exciting time for both Deborah and her customers.”

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Innocenti is active in her community, volunteering with the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation, Rebuilding Together Bergen County and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department, where she currently volunteers with the Citizen’s Police Academy.  A 19-year resident of Ridgewood, Innocenti resides in the Village with her husband and two teenage children.

Keller Williams Village Square Realty, Inc. is located at 257 East Ridgewood Avenue in Ridgewood. Deborah Innocenti may be reached at 201.445.4300. If you are interested in a career at Keller Williams, please contact Aloysius Donohue at 201.445.4300 x213.
