December 23rd, 2011 categories:For Realtors Only

Keller Williams Village Square Realty is pleased to welcome experienced real estate sales associate Deborah Innocenti to its Ridgewood team.

Debbie Innocenti

A 16-year veteran of the industry, Innocenti is a perennial multi-million dollar producer as well as a frequent recipient of awards honoring her excellence in sales and customer service.

“I’m very excited to be a part of a company that maintains the highest level of professionalism while providing its agents with all the tools necessary to excel in our industry,” Innocenti said. “Keller Williams’ innovative training programs and agent support allows me to provide my clients with the service they deserve and significantly grow my business at the same time.”

After completing an accelerated Interior Design program while earning a triple major in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology, Innocenti went on to earn her Masters Degree in Theoretical Psychology.  With a substantial background in design and home staging, she offers her valuable home staging skills to seller clients as part of her comprehensive marketing plan.  Photos of homes staged by Innocenti have appeared in The Bergen Record, with many of her sellers reaping the benefits of her design expertise.

A recipient of the 2005 and 2007 New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award, Innocenti is extremely familiar with the local marketplace. Having worked through a variety of market conditions during her career, she understands how pricing and timing can make all the difference when selling a home in today’s challenging real estate climate.

A member of RealSource Board of Realtors, Innocenti works with buyers and sellers throughout Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Sussex County; and she has established valuable long-term associations with referral agents in Rockland, Monmouth and Ocean County. Additionally, she is a skilled negotiator who holds the Accredited Buyer Designation (ABR) designation.

“Deborah is an accomplished professional with so much to offer today’s home buyer and seller,” said Aloysius Donohue, Operating Principal with Keller Williams Village Square Realty in Ridgewood. “Her reputation for outstanding customer service and sales success will be further enhanced by our company’s growing presence throughout the region. Simply put, this is a very exciting time for both Deborah and her customers.”

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Innocenti is active in her community, volunteering with the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation, Rebuilding Together Bergen County and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department, where she currently volunteers with the Citizen’s Police Academy.  A 19-year resident of Ridgewood, Innocenti resides in the Village with her husband and two teenage children.

Keller Williams Village Square Realty, Inc. is located at 257 East Ridgewood Avenue in Ridgewood. Deborah Innocenti may be reached at 201.445.4300. If you are interested in a career at Keller Williams, please contact Aloysius Donohue at 201.445.4300 x213.

Christine Bremer joins Marron Gildea & Donohue’s Ridgewood office

May 11th, 2010 categories:For Realtors Only

Christine Bremer joins MGD

Christine_Bremer_photo

“I am thrilled that Christine decided to join our Ridgewood office,” said Aloysius Donohue, a managing partner at the firm.  “Christine has great interpersonal skills and she is very bright but her greatest attribute is probably her passion for all things related to real estate. She can speak intelligently about everything from architecture and restoration to local building codes.  This is very rare in a newer agent.”

As a Realtor Associate, Christine says she is focused on delivering exceptional service to her clients. Her passion for real estate and all related areas (architecture, interior design, home staging/styling, renovation, and restoration) enables her to (1) help buyers find homes in which they can envision themselves living, and to (2) assist sellers in preparing their homes for achieving maximum potential. Christine is a sincere and trusted partner throughout all stages of the process; she recognizes that every client’s situation is unique, and she is committed to finding a solution to fit every budget and lifestyle. She is dedicated to making the home-buying and selling experience easy, enjoyable, and satisfying.

“I am so excited to be part of the Marron Gildea & Donohue family,” said Bremer.  “I’ve heard so much about the training that agents receive here and about the lead distribution system. I know I will benefit greatly from both.”  Bremer says she is really looking forward to “ringing the bell” which refers to the ritual within the office of having agents ring a giant bell to let everyone in the office know that another successful deal has been closed.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Christine worked in advertising for over 15 years. She began her professional career planning multi-million dollar campaigns for Procter & Gamble.  As a marketer for media companies such as TimeWarner/Time Inc., McGraw-Hill, and NewsCorporation, she gained expertise in sales development, marketing, branding, strategic positioning, and market research. Her contributions to the generation of significant sales revenues at Time Inc. led to three promotions in a five-year period as well as participation in the corporate leadership training program. Christine’s past experience translates into benefits for her clients. For buyers, her background in monitoring and analyzing competitive data enables her to provide them with helpful insights regarding market trends. For sellers, her proficiency in developing sales strategies and her knowledge of both traditional and digital advertising will differentiate their properties in innovative and effective ways.

Christine received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Cornell University and her MBA in Marketing from New York University. After living in Manhattan for nearly a decade, Christine was drawn to the outstanding quality of life in Bergen County, where her husband, Mark Lipson, was raised. They live in Glen Rock, where they enjoy the strong sense of community and the variety of activities.

Marron Gildea & Donohue is a full-service real estate firm with offices in Ridgewood, Saddle River and Ho Ho Kus. DeSena Earns Marron Gildea & Donohue Agent of the Month Award

June 19th, 2009 categories:For Realtors Only

Debra DeSena was named Associate of the Month for the Ridgewood office, a Marron Gildea & Donohue spokesperson announced today.

debra-desena

“Debra has had a very positive impact on our office,” said Aloysius Donohue, a partner with the firm. “She is an extremely serious and professional agent but at the same time Debra enjoys her work so much that she always looks like she is having fun.  This type of attitude is contagious and it is why both her clients and colleagues enjoy spending time with Debra.”

Debra is a Bergen County native, and currently lives in Ridgewood with her husband and two children, who both attend Somerville Elementary School.  Prior to entering the real estate business, Debra worked for a prestigious Manhattan Law Firm. She feels that having worked on real estate deals in both a legal and a sales capacity gives her a unique perspective and an advantage in today’s competitive marketplace.  Debra is very active in community events and spends a lot of time volunteering at Somerville School.  Her family is also very involved in various sports programs here in Ridgewood where her husband volunteers as a little league coach.

DeSena seems to be very proud of the fact the she earned the prestigious Associate of the Month award within a few months of joining the firm.  She says she was a bit intimidated her first day because everyone at Marron Gildea & Donohue seemed to be so technology oriented. “I knew I was a good agent before I joined Marron Gildea & Donohue but the training here has really enabled me to kick my business up to another level – or two,” says DeSena.  She says some of the newer agents have helped her with technology and she has returned the favor by sharing advice and tips on negotiating and making sales presentations.

For current information on the Ridgewood real estate market contact Debra DeSena at 201.445.8880.  If you are interested in learning more about a career at Marron Gildea & Donohue please contact Aloysius Donohue at 201.445.8880.

Nancy DeFeo joined Marron Gildea & Donohue’s rapidly expanding Ridgewood office, a company spokesperson announced today.

191-0308-24NancyDeFeo

”I am thrilled that Nancy decided to join our Ridgewood office,” said Aloysius Donohue, a managing partner at the firm.  “Nancy works hard and she understands the business but her greatest attributes are probably her thorough knowledge of the town of Ridgewood and her incredible networking skills.  Nancy is an excellent match for the environment and culture here at Marron Gildea & Donohue and we expect big things from her.”

DeFeo is an eleven-year resident of Ridgewood.  She has years of successful real estate experience in Northern New Jersey working both in sales and office administration.

Having lived in several Ridgewood neighborhoods gives Nancy a unique perspective that she shares freely with her customers.  In addition, raising her family in Ridgewood, with her two oldest sons graduating Ridgewood High School and her youngest currently at Ridge, gives Nancy personal knowledge of the Ridgewood school system that is so important to prospective buyers.

DeFeo enjoys the low key environment at Marron Gildea & Donohue.  She says the other agents and management are extremely supportive and positive but they are never over-bearing and they never pressure her.  “When I was working at another firm I would read these stories about Marron Gildea & Donohue being like a family and wonder if that was really how it was or if that was just creative spin,” says DeFeo.  “Now that I am here I see that it truly is a family environment where information flows freely between agents and management and everyone supports one another – like a family.”

Marron Gildea & Donohue is a full-service real estate firm with offices in Ridgewood, Saddle River and Ho Ho Kus. Kath Lops Photo

“This is the second time Kathy has won the Associate of the Month award and she has been with us less than a year,” said Aloysius Donohue, a managing partner at the firm. “Kathy’s success does not surprise me one bit.  She works hard, she is always upbeat and she has a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market.”

A native New Englander, Kathy attended Lafayette College in Pennsylvania.  Upon graduation, she pursued a career in sales and marketing at leading financial institutions across the globe, from Boston and New York to Sydney, Australia. Kathy frequently draws on skills learned in the corporate world in her work as an effective real estate professional.

Kathy and her husband have lived in Ridgewood for nearly a decade and have two elementary school-aged children. She is an active member of numerous community organizations as well as the public school system.

Lops seems to take the awards and accolades in stride and prefers to credit her company, clients and coworkers for her success.  “The management and agents here really work as a team and they have helped me so much since I joined the MGD family,” said Lops.  “I’ve also been lucky to work with some incredibly wonderful clients who continue to refer their friends and family to me.”  Lops says the market continues to be challenging but notes a recent upswing in the number of clients looking at homes and making offers.   She is looking forward to a busy Spring.

bitsie-reynolds

Priscilla Reynolds joined Marron Gildea & Donohue’s rapidly expanding Ridgewood office, a company spokesperson announced today.

”I am thrilled that Priscilla decided to join our Ridgewood office,” said Aloysius Donohue, a managing partner at the firm.  “Priscilla brings a lot to the table.  She has a wealth of real estate experience, a strong work ethic and she is really plugged in to the Ridgewood community.”

It was only a few years ago that Reynolds was a top producing local real estate agent.  While at the top of her game, she consciously decided to scale back her business so she could focus on other endeavors.  Reynolds has now re-focused on real estate and is back and better than ever.  She says she is ready to help her clients with the business of buying and selling real estate and she is ready to reclaim her position as one of the area’s top agents.

Reynolds is a Ridgewood resident who previously managed commercial real estate as well as residential properties for overseas investors through M.E.  ”It feels wonderful to be helping clients again and I couldn’t have chosen a better place for my return to full-time real estate,” said Reynolds.  “The training we receive here on a weekly basis is incredible and everyone has been so open and willing to help.  I know it sounds like a cliché but everyone at Marron Gildea & Donohue really rows in the same direction – and that makes all the difference in the world”.
