I’m also a bit of a geek.  I pride myself on understanding things like search engine optimization and social media marketing. Don’t take my word for it, just Google Ridgewood real estate and you should see that 2 of the top three results are my website and my Ridgewood front porch blog.

Pat Paul: “He took care of the marketing and digital presence of the house.  Every time someone came to see the house, with an hour there would be an email about what the person liked about the house, if the person had any concerns so we could address things.  It really gave us actionable information.”

Frank DeMarco: “Al told us he was going to do a video of our home.  I looked at the video tour of the home before he put it on the market…I didn’t know whose house it was, it really looked terrific.  Four days later, he said a buyer saw your video tour, he’s on assignment in Malaysia and he wants to put a bid on your house.’  So, I ended getting MORE than the asking price and sold in four days to a man who never saw the house other than on the internet from Malaysia.  It was fantastic.”
